Mayor's 2013 State of the City Address

Mayor Rick Goldring recently gave his third State of the City Address at the Burlington Convention Centre. About 400 people attended the breakfast on a very cold January morning, where the mayor discussed a number of issues facing Burlington in the coming year and beyond.
