Burlington Ubunto Grandwomen January Meeting

Grandmothers to Grandmothers is an organization with fifty groups Canada wide supported by The Stephen Lewis Foundation. The G to G was formed to enable grandmothers in Canada give support to grandmothers in Africa.

On January 21st volunteer Dianne Tomson was at The Burlington Baptist Church on New Street to talk to the Burlington Ubunto Grandwomen about her experience of living and working for 2 months the isolated Ugandan village of Bumwalukani setting up a clinic along with a group of Student Nurses from Sheridan College. The word Ubunto means "Your humanity is inextricably bound to mine".
